The Body Drag is an eye-catching move and can be thought of as a planing waterstart. It can be combined with other moves and even be done clew-first once you've mastered it.

The best learning conditions are either flat water, or down the face of round ocean swells or fat-shaped waves with sail size preferably between 4.5 and 6.0.
