Culo: The Technique:
Sail crosswind full speed than bear off slightly and swing the mast into the wind, while grabbing the clew with the front hand.

Pull the clew back past your head and keep leaning forward not to lose to much speed and keep the sail powered-up, even after the duck, allowing you to pop high enough to rotate. Once you're comfortable sailing backwinded and spot a little steep piece of chop, push hard on the clew, and throw both the mast and yourself backwards and downwind.

This movement pops the board and initiates the rotation. Keep pushing on the back hand, so that the sail will keep you high above water for time to rotate in the air. Kick the board downwind while trying to keep your weight centered in the rotation, and to spin faster, especially in lighter winds.

Keep turning your head downwind indirection of rotation and soon enough you'll land. Keep your weight over the centre of the board and complete the move like a misty flip or a spock 540. Sick.
