In 2010 Ted began providing North America an affordable alternative to the high tech and high performance world of windsurfing. It's been described as 'Original Tech' and the Windsurfer One Design, also called The Original Windsurfer, truly is the choice for recreational sailors. Here's what Ted shared with us.

So what's been going on?
The Windsurfer One Designs are imported from Australia where Greg Johns of Windgenuity Sailboards has kept the Windsurfer Class strong over the past decades. In fact, over 90 sailors attended the most recent Australian Windsurfer One Design Championships.

One Design sailing is still strong, and at one time the Windsurfer was the largest One Design Class of boats in the world. I needed a new board. To me the choice was obvious. 

I wanted a new Windsurfer One Design. Out of all my equipment, it's the single board that has brought me the most sailing time and the most fun. And I suspected I wasn't the only one who would want one. I received my first shipment last year and was sold out by mid-summer this year.
