1. Carve hard and pull the board through head to wind.

2. Front foot goes forward of the mast foot. The rig is back and your body forward with your feet well spread.

3. Bring rig forward and away from you on an extended front arm
4. Pull back hand in and keep the sail away in order to maintain control

5. Shift the rig towards the nose and move the body back. As the rig is rotating keep looking forwards

6. As the clew passes through the eye of the wind…
7. …simultaneously change foot position

8. Let the rig rotate as you look forward and weight the front foot to flatten the board

9. Bring the rig back forward and sail away
